If you have been reading the Chamber Corner the last few weeks, you read a little bit about PrimeTime for Business, a chamber sponsored event that was held on Wednesday, August 19th at Lake Wilderness Lodge So what is PrimeTime you ask?
Well, PrimeTime began last year as a celebration and tribute to new members brought in during last May's Membership Event led by the guy in the zoot suit, Jimmy Cusano. Jimmy never started any meeting or event at the expected hour or half hour; it was always at an unexpected click of the minute hand with the expectation no one would be late. (It's also a reminder that the Chamber is NOT about rubber chicken dinners and golf tournaments.)
This year's PrimeTime was a high energy trade fair open to all members and the public to come peruse the goods and services offered by all our participating member businesses. Music, some great food, and a beautiful summer's evening added to the energy and excitement of chamber members connecting and communicating!
