Shane Davies

Biography

Shane Davies, Windermere Real Estate, Maple Valley Shane is a 5th generation area native. He served US Navy Reserve from 1983-1989. Shane has been a Realtor/Independent contractor for the majority of his adult life. Shane opened the local Windermere office as manager in March 2000. Shane's recent community involvement includes the following: Member of Chamber and the Economic Development Committee; member of the joint Chamber/CTC event, Great Kids Caring Citizens; Maple Valley Rotary (President 2008-2009); Board of Director Officer for NWMLS with over 21,000 members; served as and appointed by Ron Sims on CACHE (Citizen's Advisory Council on Homeless Encampments); volunteered as an observer for the King County portion of the gubernatorial vote hand recount. The office Shane manages has approximately 50 agents helping people in Maple Valley, Black Diamond and all of the surrounding areas with their real estate needs. The direction our chamber has been going the past several years is something we should all be proud of. The future success and growth of our members' businesses should be our main focus.
